  My business franking machine broke, so I had to post an entire months worth of stock by hand at the post office. I was given a great amount of help by Tina and Louise at Thorngumbald post office when I came in with over 100 Letters/Parcels to send. Sat with them for about an hour whilst they sorted each part by hand. They did it with a smile and joviality which I hadn't seen at the other post offices in the area (which had actually turned me away when I walked in!) Very glad for these two, had a lovely conversation with them, and thought the whole situation rather funny, which made the miserable slog of posting all these parcels a lot more bearable for all of us involved. I will be coming back again (though hopefully not with 100 parcels next time).

  Very rude experience with one of the members of staff in the post office. Will not be returning if I can help it. A shame as it's a handy location.
